Import an existing contact list from a CSV file and place those contacts into the correct audience list.
Steps
- Prepare your CSV file Make sure your file includes a clear email column and any other contact fields you want to import.
- Open CSV import Go to Sources and use the CSV upload area.
- Choose the destination list Select the list that should receive the imported contacts.
- Upload and review Upload the file, review the import information, and follow any on-screen guidance.
- Check the imported contacts Return to Audience → Contacts and confirm the new contacts have been added as expected.
Helpful notes
- Only import contacts where you have permission to email them.
- Smaller test imports are a good way to confirm your file format before uploading a larger list.
