Review your campaign, choose whether to send now or schedule for later, and understand the final checks before delivery begins.
Steps
- Open the campaign Open the campaign that is ready to send.
- Review the audience and template Confirm the selected list and template are correct.
- Send a final test Send a final test email and check that everything still looks right.
- Choose send timing Send immediately or choose a scheduled date and time if you want the campaign to go later.
- Monitor progress Return to the Campaigns table to monitor campaign status and progress.
Helpful notes
- Sending limits are designed to protect your site and sending reputation.
- If a campaign pauses because of daily capacity, it will resume automatically when capacity becomes available.
